   What to do with this? I know I take the right password simply it keeps on saying that it is non...This is really frustrating.

   My hard bulldoze failed and had to get a new 1 with a fresh install of Windows 10. When I try logging into my Microsoft account information technology has me enter the user ID and so password then asks for my current password again... Every time it gives me the error "The countersign
   y'all entered for your device is incorrect. Delight attempt again."

   I tried via the web and I'm entering the correct id/password, but I can't get into windows x.

   I Googled and the only thing I found was from 4 years ago if upgrading from Windows viii...which suggested a fresh install. I can't reinstall every bit I have no disks. I checked and windows is updated to the nigh current patches.

   Any aid would be greatly appreciated.

   How do I go out of safe mode so I can reset my settings?

   1. Press Windows + R keys to open Run command.
   2. Type msconfig and printing Enter.
   3. In the window, click on Boot tab.
   4. uncheck Safe kicking, click on Apply and Ok. Restart

   Non certain why information technology started in Safe manner. May have been out of sync with your phone from prev incorrect password. See if restart fixes. At least, yous know what your universal MS countersign is. *Flash
